What are some benefits of your coated floor?
Coated floors are stronger than raw concrete. They are also chemically resistant and easier to clean. Coated floors improve the longevity of concrete while dramatically improving its look.
What is the difference between Epoxy, Urethane, and Polyaspartic floor coatings?
At their base, they contain some of the same chemicals and rely on a Part A and Part B activator. In most circumstances, we believe Epoxy will adhere to the concrete better than Polyaspartic. Polyaspartic also has better strength and UV resistance so in all cases, we will apply a Polyaspartic or Urethane based topcoat.
What is the UV warranty on polyaspartic floor topcoat / sacrafice coat?
The polyaspartic topcoat will not yellow, and we include a full 5 year warranty. This is not to be confused with a manufacture's warranty that can be hard to file on. We will guarantee we will come fix any yellowing. We are safe because it won't happen.
